I AM authentic, sensitive and family oriented. I was born in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. I have two sisters, a brother, and beautiful parents who have taught me the true value of love and responsibility.
CHIC. Michell, what does it mean to be Miss Earth to you?
Michell. A goal achieved without a doubt, a dream that I set myself for and was able to see realized with the greatest of success.
CHIC. In your process of becoming a beauty queen, what was the most difficult thing and what did you have to do to overcome it?
Michell. The most difficult part was being apart from my family. When you have a passion and the desire to live your dreams for something you have worked for with dedication, shows that every effort has its rewards.
CHIC. Do you consider internal beauty an essential part of being a representative of external beauty?
Michell. Internal beauty is essential as Beauty Queens. We must have that human warmth and sensitivity to put a grain of sand with the best we know and be an example. Beauty with a purpose is more important than simply beauty and that is what every queen should realize.
CHIC. Is there something that very few or no one knows about you that you would like to share?
Michell. I am a lover of boxing, it is something that very few people know.

CHIC. How did your life changed after winning Miss Earth?
Michell. Miss Earth undoubtedly marked a before and after in every aspect of my life specially personally. I have also experienced a lot of growth professionally with many work proposals at a public figure level. Best of it all, it’s been my process of becoming a better person.
CHIC. Could you give an inspiring message to those who want to embark on a path that you have already conquered?
Michell. My message is for you to enjoy every moment of what you choose to experience to the fullest. Always bearing in mind that with effort and dedication you can achieve everything you set yourself for. And never forget to be yourself no matter what without losing your essence as a person.
